Meet our Instructors 
As Creative Director of Yummy Modeling, a plus modeling agency based in Detroit,  Le'Ticia F. gained national acclaim for the way she produced high fashion photo shoots that featured plus size women. The quality of her work was so impressive, Le'Ticia was soon called upon to produce high end editorials that featured models of all sizes working as wardrobe stylists, make up artist and photographer.
Le'Ticia  has toured the country, working with talent who were represented by top agencies such as Ford, Click, IMG. Her work has been published in over 25 magazines nationwide.
 Le'Ticia is currently the Creative Director and Lead Photographer for The New Sexy Studios, a full service photography studio that caters to plus size women. She is also the Editor and Creative Director for Phat Magazine, a high fashion magazine for plus size women. It will debut in print this summer.

Pazzella Colston began her career in the industry as a model with training at the John Casablanca School of Modeling. She went on to be a runway and fit model for Lane Bryant. she also worked as runway and in-store model for Macy's, Lord and Taylor, Parisieans and various other department stores.

Pazzella's expertise garnered her a position as Instructor and Director of the Plus Size Modeling division of Barbizon School of Modeling and Aero Elite Models. She has also been trained in pageantry by the legendary Delores Pressley, creator of the Ms. Plus USA Pageant.
 
While working as an Instructor, Pazzella extended her modeling career to print work, appearing in several advertising circulars for such companies as the Michigan Chronicle, Value City and AAA. She has worked with such plus Icons as Emme

Pazzella has moved on to acting, appearing in various commercials for Weight Watchers and Dow Chemical and has appeared in several films
Victoria Martin II, the creative mastermind behind Catalyst Events and Designs. She is an events planner/producer, Wardrobe stylist, author, mentor, workshop facilitator, Interior Decorator consultant, and all things style. She began her start in the fashion of it all at the early age. Always a child with her nose in the latest Vogue or Elle magazines spotting fashion masterpieces by great designers.  It was at age 11 that she participated in the NAACP’s “Fashion For Freedom” fashion show. It was then she learned about modeling, timing, show production, etc. Always having her own keen sense of style this experience helped to create what is now a strong businesswoman.

Since her very early inception into the fashion world she has helped to produce, style, for hundreds of fashion and hair shows, direct and style photo shoots, cast and train models, create a clientele in which she does personal shopping, and wardrobe management. She has been called upon to help reconstruct looks for clients through third parties.  Has also worked very closely with designers to help with trend forecast as well as began the works of her line.
Her corporate clientele include General Motors, University of Toledo, NFL, WTOL News and Boys Club of America and The Detroit Opera House.

Pat Marshall brings to the Academy and extensive background in the cosmetics industry. She has worked as Make-up Artist for several cosmetic houses, including:

  • Fashion Fair -Make-up Artist/ Beauty Consultant
  • Naomi Sims -Make-up Artist/ Beauty Consultant

Her vast background in the cosmetics field landed her a position as Make-up and Skin Care Instructor at the John Casablana School of Modeling.

Pat has since gone on to have her own modeling agency, Got to love it Modeling. She has been instrumental in the careers of several models across the country
Latisha Williams, who is a native of Toledo, OH, began her career in the entertainment industry in 2003 as a Plus Size Model, then branched out into editorial writing, film and theater acting, radio co-hosting and her passion, Voiceovers.
 
She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing and has recently become self-employed, focusing on voiceovers. While in the industry, she gained experience in runway modeling, working with designers in various cities in Ohio, Detroit, Chicago and New York City. Additionally, she has experience in print and promotional modeling.
 
Latisha is a confident and positive female, and because of her own experience in the industry, is the ultimate supporter of non-traditional plus size models. Some of her modeling credits include Elegant Plus Model Calendar, Bridal Editorial – ViveLesRondes.com and The Bridal Room Bridal Show.
 
When Latisha is not working, she is operating Unique Wirez, her customized wire jewelry business. She is available for travel and is dedicated to helping others achieve their own personal greatness.
